1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control (e.g., customs delays, natural disasters, courier issues).
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.
4. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at support@calmfleece.com for assistance.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Calmfleece is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Damages & Lost Packages
Calmfleece is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. For lost shipments, please email us at support@calmfleece.com, and we’ll assist you in tracking or filing a claim where applicable.
7. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
